The Foreign Affairs Office of Henna university of Finance and Economics (Center for International Culture and Education Exchange) is a special department of the University in charge of Routine foreign affairs administration, overseas academic and culture exchanges, recruitment and management of foreign students, employment of foreign teachers and so on.
At the same time, the center for International Culture and Education Exchange is an accredited agent by the State Education Ministry to send self-support students to study abroad as well as an approved training and examination center by London Chamber of Commerce and industry examination Board (LCCIEB).

Up to now, Henna university of Finance and Economics has signed friendly exchange agreements and established intercollegiate cooperative relationships with 15 universities and organizations from 10 countries, such as: Japan, Korea, the United States, French, Russsia, Australia and New Zealand. Academic and educational exchange activities such as mutual leadership visiting, scholar and student exchanges and joint researches have been conducted. Since 1995, altogether about 600 foreign students have studied here. The enrollment of this term is 23 foreign students from 8 countries.
