The department of law of Henan University of Finance and Economics was established in 1993, which has law science speciality and legal speciality of adult education It has become one of the departments of high law school with stronger influence power of law circles in Henan Province now. There are 35 professional teachers , 10 people who have the above-mentioned associate professor's professional title, 18 lecturer among them .There are more than 1000 students at school now .

　 The main Professional course of law science:Jurisprudence, the constitution ,administrative law and administrative litigation law science, criminal law, civil law, criminal suit, civil litigation, economic law , commercial law , intellectual property right law , international public law , private international law , history of Chinese legal system,etc..
